There are three separate enclosures: the Caravan Park in the first field has both touring caravans, and static caravans, and can occasionally, also take Motor Homes. Some touring pitches have hard standings but all have 10amp hook ups. Fields 2 and 3 are mainly for tents but there are several hard standings for Motor Homes and hook ups for Motor Homes or tents/trailer tents.
It is neccessary to book for school holidays during school holiday periods C and E, we regret that only Sat-to-Sat bookings can be taken for caravans. Tent bookings are flexible, and can be made mid week, but normally for a minimum of 7 nights during high season. When available, short stay advance bookings may be taken but full payment must be made on booking, and this is not refundable.
The basic rate shown below includes one unit and up to 2 person and 1 vehicle.

We no longer take informal group bookings. Families that wish to co-locate must book separately, and pay their deposits separately. We then do our best to find adjascent pitches. Formal outdoor groups may book on a separate form subject to conditions. Please read the " General Information and Conditions" from a link at the bottom of this page.
Refund policy due to weather: we do not refund deposits where advance bookings have been made nor do we refund payments on the basic rate if campers have left early due to bad weather. The extra charges(shown above) will be refunded on the nights not stayed.
Some more information for Motor Homes
Motor Homes are normally sited in fields 2 and the first - eastern half of field 3 along with tents and trailer tents. During the off season many motor homes also stay in the Caravan Park - field 1. Exceptionally, where they also have a dog, we would take Motor Homes in the Caravan Park during the school summer holidays (dogs are not allowed in the tent fields at this time). Charges for motor homes depend on which field they go in:
Field 1 charged at touring basic rate.
Field 2 and 3 they are charged on the tent basic rate.
